Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
It's 9 chicken sticks. ^^ Dip it in milk for about 20 minutes to remove the smell
(Since it's frozen chicken, I defrosted it with milk from the beginning.)^^)
STEP 2/8
Rinse it in water and season it for about 20 minutes with 3 spoons of cooking wine, half a spoon of salt, and 4-5 times of pepper powder
(Even if half a spoon of salt and pepper #5 is a little too much, you have to put it in like this because of the water in the cooking wine to cut the seasoning^^)
STEP 3/8
Put the right amount of starch powder in the plastic pack, shake the chicken stick, and it's easy to make the dough^^
(You can use the frying powder^^)
STEP 4/8
When cooking oil is heated, you have to fry it on low heat so that it doesn't burn and the inside is cooked evenly^~^
STEP 5/8
In the meantime, put 2 spoons of soy sauce, 5 to 6 spoons of water, 1 spoon of sugar, and 3 pieces of starch syrup into another pan
STEP 6/8
Please cook it for us^^
(Garlic tastes much better with minced garlic, as shown in the picture, than minced garlic^^)
STEP 7/8
Remove the oil from the fried chicken and mix it with the sauce
STEP 8/8
It tastes exactly like Kyochon chicken because it's sweet and salty!!
Usually, when you fry it, you get tired of the smell of oil and eat it wrong, but this is not greasy and it's totally delicious
Now let's enjoy it at home cheaply~ :-)
Spoon is based on rice spoon and chopsticks. :-)

I like Kyochon chicken, but it became too expensive, so I decided to make it. I did it with chicken breast. I put it in milk for a day and cut it into the thickness of my fingers. I added salt to the milk and it was a little salty because it was too salty, but after making it, it was really delicious and I felt proud. Everything is a cumbersome menopause, so I just used frozen garlic. I'll pound fresh garlic on the wall. Thank you.

Wow, it was so good that I inhaled it I replaced oligosaccharide instead of starch syrup, but it's still delicious I think it's twice the amount. The seasoning is twice as good

It's delicious ^^ I'm going to eat sweet and salty children, so I'm going to take out garlic, but when we eat it, we'll have to sprinkle whole garlic and try it
