It's cucumber that my mother made.
It's fermented in salt water. In the summer, we make it with cold soup and seasoned cucumber
I've never made cucumber kimchi before, so I just make it with cucumber kimchi that my mom gave me^^;;
It seemed difficult to match the proportion of salt water.
If you put in less, the cucumber will be soft and go bad...
If you put in too much, it's too salty. I think pickles like this are hard to make in Korean food.
