Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
To make sweet and sour chicken
I used a boneless fried chicken product :)
If you have leftover boneless chicken, you can make it with that

I'm going to make the sauce for the sweet and sour chicken
STEP 3/6
Seasoned chicken and sweet and sour chicken
0.5 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoons of ketchup, 0.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 0.5 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoons of sugar
-Measurement of rice and 300g of chicken
STEP 4/6
Stir-fry it on medium low heat in a frying pan, and it's done :)

Instead of cooking wine, soju, starch syrup instead of oligosaccharide, and pineapple, so I stir-fried it together. It's so good ~
