Boil chicken feet in boiling water.
Add 150ml of soju along with chicken feet to remove the smell.

Wash boiled chicken feet in cold water.
Drain on a sieve.

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, and a little pepper to chicken feet and mix well.

In a pan heated over high heat, add 1.5 tablespoons of cooking oil and stir-fry lightly until the garlic flavor rises.
