I prepared front leg meat for bulgogi, which is chewy and sliced thinly.
Pour an appropriate amount of water into a pot, float a piece of green onion leaf and lemon slice, boil it for about 10 minutes, and blanch the front leg of bulgogi back and forth like a shabu shabu.

You can use the vegetables and fruits at home whenever you want to go with Vietnamese rolls..
Slice cucumbers and carrots long and thin, wash perilla leaves and sprout vegetables thoroughly and drain them.
We prepared the melon by cutting it in half length, removing the seeds, and slicing it thinly with the skin.

After cooling it down with boiling hot water, put rice paper to make it moist and roll it with perilla leaves, prepared pork, vegetables, and fruits.
