Slice the onion thinly.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, please.

Add onion, bulgogi seasoning, and calamansi for thinly sliced pork and marinade for 20 minutes.
STEP 3/9
Cut the baguette in half, press down to make room on the inside, bake it slightly in a pan, and prepare it with mayonnaise.
STEP 4/9
I'd like the eggs half-cooked.
STEP 5/9
Place marinated pork bulgogi in a pan covered with cooking oil for 20 minutes and fry over high heat to prepare.
STEP 6/9
Place the prepared perilla leaves on the prepared baguette and top with young leaf vegetables and papaya pickles.
STEP 7/9
Place sliced onions between baguets and stir-fry pork bulgogi.
STEP 8/9
Sprinkle with Sriracha sauce to create a spicy taste.
STEP 9/9
Add half-cut cherry tomatoes and top with half-cooked egg fries.
You can use not only pork but also chicken breast, chicken leg meat, and beef brisket.
When using pork belly, please use thick pork belly that can be grilled over charcoal.
Make cuts on both sides of the pork belly, and cook it thoroughly once, then apply the barbecue sauce and cook it again so that the barbecue sauce doesn't burn and the taste of the sauce and the smell of charcoal are cut into the meat.
If you grill tortilla slightly in a frying pan instead of baguette, it can give you a special texture and taste.
I've been to many marts to use animal welfare certified pork, but I couldn't find it.
So in the end, I only got eggs.
I hope the animal welfare certification products will be more active.
