Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Prepare a batch of uncleaned pumpkin leaves.
**
If you bought a clean pumpkin leaf, rinse it 2-3 times under running water.
For those who bought pumpkin leaves that weren't cleaned at all, please prepare citric acid or vinegar
**
The picture right below is a picture of aphids (disgusting memes) stuck to pumpkin leaves, so if you're squeamish, don't look closely and pass it quickly.
STEP 2/12
Usually, clean pumpkin leaves can be cleaned in running water after trimming, but in my case, there is a lot of aphids, so I washed them first to get rid of the aphids.

After pouring enough water to cover the pumpkin leaves
Add 1 of citric acid and mix well, then soak the pumpkin leaves for 5-10 minutes.
I mixed it a couple of times in the middle.

If you don't have citric acid, add one and a half tablespoons of vinegar.

After 10 minutes, if you look closely at the water, it's full of aphids that died on the surface of the water
Rinse it 3 times in running water and thoroughly wash each leaf!
And lastly, I washed it lightly a couple more times.

There's really nothing special about how to fix it.
Grab the stem of the pumpkin leaf, twist it slightly, and peel it off!
It's easy to trim pumpkin leaves, right?

Put the pumpkin leaves piled up in the steaming steamer, close the lid, and steam them for 7-10 minutes depending on your preference.

I steamed it for about 8 minutes.

If you take the well-steamed pumpkin leaves out of the steamer and cool them down, the way to steam the pumpkin leaves is simple like this!
