Put the quail eggs in a pot, pour water enough to cover the quail eggs, add half a spoonful of thick salt and half a spoon of vinegar, start boiling, take it out for about 10 minutes, rinse it in cold water, peel it, and drill with chopsticks.
I think I need to add vinegar to peel the skin well.

Put soy sauce, cooking sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and water in a pot..I think you can put in the right proportions..I just put it in with my gut and taste it. I don't care if I add more or not

I added minced garlic and sesame oil, but it was more delicious because of the smell of garlic and the savory taste of sesame oil..If you cut the cheongyang pepper in half, take out the seeds, put it in together, and boil it down, it's not that spicy and it's perfect for my taste
