First, let's prepare mulberry leaves, the main ingredient of the day. The stem of mulberry leaves can be tough, so remove the stem and prepare only green leaves.

Then add the chopped mulberry leaves to boiling water (+ 1/2T of salt) and blanch over medium heat for just 3 minutes.

Wash the blanched leaves 2-3 times in cold water and remove moisture.

Lastly, if you add 1T of soy sauce to the drained leaves and season them, you're done preparing mulberry leaves. Let's move on to the next ingredient.

In a preheated frying pan, stir-fry 3T of perilla oil, minced garlic, and onion over medium heat until onion color is clear.

After that, add mulberry leaves here and stir-fry for another 1 minute and 30 seconds.
