Chop chives, green onions, and onions.

Season the pork with salt, pepper, and ginger. (If you don't have ginger, you can also use cooking wine.)

Put soy sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame oil and sesame seeds in a bowl of shredded vegetables and meat.

Add oyster sauce to enhance the flavor.
(It becomes a Chinese style dumpling)

When the filling is finished, break an egg into the filling and mix it right before making the dumpling.

Place the well-made dumplings in the steamer (10-15 minutes)
STEP 7/7
Serve warm and moist chives dumplings with vinegar soy sauce.
If you put eggs in the filling before you make dumplings
Even if the dumpling explodes, the filling won't get messed up because of the egg^^
