Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash the melon with baking soda and cut it in half to remove the seeds from the inside.

Cut the Korean melon in half into cubes and sprinkle salt.
STEP 3/5
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
STEP 4/5
Add seasoning to slightly pickled Korean melon and mix.
STEP 5/5
Add the green onions and adjust the lack of seasoning with salt and sugar.
Wash Korean melons clean with baking soda because they are eaten with the skin.
