Ingredients

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, chop the onion, carrot, and green onion into thin slices. Prepare lettuce by washing it clean.

It's time to make bulgogi sauce! 1 cup of soy sauce / 1/2 cup sugar / 2 spoons of minced garlic / 1/2 onion / 1/3 pear / 0.3 spoons of pepper and grind it with a blender. For your information, the sauce is plenty, so you can make it again next time.

I'll start cooking now. ^^ Grease the pan slightly and stir-fry the chopped vegetables.

When the vegetables are cooked to a certain extent, stir-fry the meat for bulgogi.
