STEP 1/14
First, cut the roots of the green onions
STEP 2/14
Put the green onion roots in one place and wash them under running water There's a lot of dirt on it, so if you soak it in water for about 30 minutes, it'll come out a lot^^
STEP 3/14
Now, cut the withered part of the green onion with scissors
STEP 4/14
Next, peel off the withered green onion
STEP 5/14
Peel off the withered green onion and wash the green onion cleanly
STEP 6/14
If there's any water left in the green onion
Dry it for a long time because it may go bad
STEP 7/14
I'm going to cut the white roots and the green parts separately
Put the white roots on the kitchen towel
STEP 8/14
Next, I dried the green leaves on top of the kitchen towel^^
STEP 9/14
Now it's time to refrigerate the white parts!
First, put the kitchen towel on top
STEP 10/14
Place white parts on top of it~
And I put on a kitchen towel and put most of the white on top to complete it!
STEP 11/14
It's the frozen method of the green leaf part
STEP 12/14
I cut all the green leaves by cutting them sideways and put them on a kitchen towel to remove the excess moisture!
When the water is removed, place it in a zipper bag
STEP 13/14
It's almost done
You know the root that removed the soil before?^^
Put the removed roots in a container
STEP 14/14
Ta-da! This is the completed green onion!
The two on the left are refrigerated / the two on the right are refrigerated^^
It's a bit of a hassle to make it like this, but through this
I think it's comfortable and good to eat green onions for a long time
