How to prepare stingrays is surprisingly simple.

When the water in the pot boils, put the steamer on, cover it, and steam it for about 9 to 10 minutes.

While the stingray is steaming, make the sauce according to the amount of ingredients
When the stingray is all steamed, open the lid and put the seasoning on it and steam it for another 2-3 minutes.
Or,
Place steamed stingray on a plate, sprinkle seasoning on top, or put it in a separate sauce container
You can put it on the table together.
---> Add or decrease the steaming time depending on the size of the stingray.
---> It's delicious because the light steamed stingray (steamed liver jam) and the seasoning go well together.
If you want to have braised stingray with a darker seasoning
Add 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder to the seasoning ingredients.
