Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Buy beef for grilling or steak, cut it into squares
Slice whole garlic.
STEP 2/6
Cut onion and paprika into squares and cut mushrooms in half
Cut it into pieces.
Cut mushrooms into quarters.Cut the broccoli into strands.
STEP 3/6
Put oil on the pan and stir-fry sliced garlic
STEP 4/6
Add meat and stir-fry and sprinkle rice wine.
STEP 5/6
When the meat is cooked, add the rest of the vegetables and stir-fry it quickly over high heat
Remove the top portion of sesame oil and stir-fry it with seasoning.
STEP 6/6
Add sesame oil and mix later and turn off the heat.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
