If it's frozen octopus, defrost it in water
If it's a living thing, clean it

Remove the internal organs from the head and add flour

Scrub the sucker with flour and wipe it clean

Cut zucchini and carrots into half-moon shapes, shred onions, and cut cheongyang peppers into big pieces

When you stir-fry green onions and garlic, you can just add green onions and stir-fry it slightly before you put in the sauce
