Cut the seaweed in half and prepare it. I used it because I got seasoned laver as a gift, but I recommend just laver.

Prepare the ingredients. Cut the ham and grill it on the pan. Parboil spinach, add sesame oil and salt, and mix it. Prepare eggs by seasoning them with salt and cutting them into ham-sized pieces. It would've been nice if there was sliced cheese, but I went crazy and couldn't prepare it

On top of that, with rice...Press it well. Press it well so that it doesn't scatter when you cut it
