STEP 1/5
Make the broth for shiitake mushroom rice. For the broth, I just put the natural seasoning back in the pack and boiled it. If you don't have any natural seasoning, you can boil it with anchovy kelp and shiitake mushrooms.
STEP 2/5
When the broth is ready, add a little more water for shiitake mushroom, mix it, put rice in a rice cooker, put dried shiitake mushrooms on top, and add the broth and water for shiitake to match the rice water. Put the rice water in the same way as the previous rice water. Usually, vegetables or vegetables are added less than before, but because they are dried shiitake mushrooms, there is less moisture than you think. So I grabbed the rice water and put it in like before. I used an electric pressure rice cooker to make shiitake mushroom rice, but they made it with nutritious rice.
STEP 3/5
The rice is finally done. I think I'm shouting that the scent that comes out from the beginning is shiitake mushroom rice. How much rice smells like shiitake.
STEP 4/5
When the rice is ready, stir it well and mix it. The sticky shiitake mushroom rice is done. Even if the rice cooker says to stir the rice, stir it after about two minutes. That's how you get rid of it. The golden shiitake mushroom rice~~ I can't help but salivate just by looking at it.
STEP 5/5
It's delicious just by eating rice, but you need the sauce because it's not enough. So I prepared dalae soy sauce and dalae chili paste. It's a sauce made with all the dallae. It'd be good to mix it according to your preference.
For the dalae soy sauce, mince the dalae and mix it with soy sauce, sugar or plum juice, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and sesame oil!!!
Then add gochujang, plum extract, sesame oil, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame oil, and sesame oil to the dalae and mix it!!! You can add vinegar to your taste and eat it like red pepper paste.
