It's a perfect spring day. I wanted to pack a lunch and go on a picnic... It was a little difficult because I live with a blind mother. So we made kelp wraps and played spring picnic on the terrace.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
salted kelp
Wash it clean and soak it in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove the salt.
STEP 2/6
Blanch the kelp slightly in boiling water.
STEP 3/6
Drain the kelp
Prepare the kelp in the size of gimbap laver.
STEP 4/6
I like rice and Hyunbi rice,
I'm going to cook mugwort rice and make kelp wraps.
Add sesame seeds and sesame oil to mugwort rice and mix them.
I'm going to eat it with pickled vegetables, so I didn't season it separately.

Put kelp on a kimbap mold, add sesame oil and mix mugwort rice and roll it.
STEP 6/6
They cut it into bite-sized pieces and put pickled garlic and pickled plum mixed with red pepper paste on top.
The kelp ssambap goes very well with pickled plum and pickled garlic. I heard kelp is very effective for dieting.
