Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
[Preparing the ingredients]
1. slicing garlic slices
2. blanching rice wine in boiling water of clam meat
3. Cutting Cheongyang red pepper
STEP 2/5
Grease a heated pan with oil and stir-fry sliced garlic.

If garlic is light brown, add rice and stir-fry.
