STEP 1/9
If a box of Q1 homemade churros and other tools and ingredients are ready, I will start making churros right away!
STEP 2/9
The ingredients are tray and plate, 180ml of warm water, kitchen towel, mixing bowl, cooking oil, sanitary gloves, frying pan and tongs, and they are all available at home, so it's simple!
There are also detailed recipes and tips, so anyone can make it easily.
STEP 3/9
The box consists of a bag of churros mix, a bag of cinnamon sugar mix, a shape pod and two piping bags.
Calories are quite high at 935 kcal for a total of 240g, and 390 kcal per 100g.
But she doesn't think about calories when she eats.
I guess that's why I keep gaining weight. Hehe
STEP 4/9
First, I prepared two mixing bowls, and they put churros mix on one side and cinnamon sugar mix on the other side.
(You can put the cinnamon sugar mix on a plate.)
STEP 5/9
Put the tip in the piping bag in advance and put a bit of cooking oil on the inside of the plastic so that the dough doesn't stick to the plastic!
STEP 6/9
Shall we make the churros dough?
Add 180ml of warm water and a spoon of cooking oil to the churros mix and mix well, then knead with hands wearing sanitary gloves.
If you put a bit of cooking oil on the gloves, you can knead it easily!
STEP 7/9
I put the finished dough into the piping bag and rolled the top part of it once.
(If you're worried that the piping bag will burst, you can divide the dough into two.)
Apply cooking oil to the tray and squeeze the dough into the length of your fingers.
It's hard to squeeze the dough when it's cold, so squeeze it quickly when it's lukewarm.
STEP 8/9
Preheat a pan with plenty of cooking oil over medium-low heat and put the squeezed dough on the tray.
At this time, hold both ends of the dough and carefully put it in one by one.
Then, place the golden churros on a kitchen towel for a while to drain the oil.
STEP 9/9
Lastly, put cinnamon sugar mix on the churros without oil
Q1's homemade churros are done!
