STEP 1/6
Mackerel is well groomed, so you can buy a pack these days!
I did it too. If it's jaban, soak it in rice water for a while to capture the salty and fishy taste.
Cut the well-maintained mackerel into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/6
Drain a little, put starch powder in a plastic bag, add mackerel and shake well.
Then it gets on well
STEP 3/6
In a greased frying pan (do not add too much oil) bake well back and forth until golden.
STEP 4/6
Now, please make the sauce.
Add soy sauce 4Ts, mirin 4Ts, garlic 3tol, scallions, 1/4 onions, sugar 1Ts, and 2/3 cups water and bring to a boil.
STEP 5/6
Add 1/3 of each and boil it down
STEP 6/6
When you put in the last 1/3 of it, put in a tablespoon of starch syrup and cook it until it's glossy
If you soak it in rice water for a while, you can get rid of saltiness and catch miscellaneous smells
