Fried rice or rice is a simple dish that you can make without side dishes or soup, right? Among them, I will introduce how to make gyudon, a Japanese-style beef egg rice, without tsuyu.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Prepare the amount of ingredients to your liking.
Adjust the measurement of the sauce to suit your taste.

First, put the kelp in cold water for 30 minutes
Soak it in.

While the kelp is soaked in water, shred the onion and chop the green onions and cheongyang peppers. Cut the beef into bite-size pieces and put it on a kitchen towel to remove the blood

Break 3 eggs into a container and add a little salt and pepper

Mix well and make egg water

Put the kelp water over the gas and boil it over medium heat.
When the water starts to boil, add 1T of flavored soy sauce and sugar

Add 2T of cooking wine

Add chopped onions, cheongyang peppers and beef and bring to a boil.

When beef and onions are cooked, add green onions

Add egg water, turn off the gas stove, cover, and cook the egg water with warm heat.

Put the rice in a bowl, pour the sauce, and put the seaweed flakes on it, and you're done with the beef and egg rice
