STEP 1/9
Slice the onion thinly. I used red onions, but you have to match the amount.
STEP 2/9
Grease a pan with olive oil and stir-fry over medium heat for more than 10 minutes.
STEP 3/9
Meanwhile, slice the sausage thinly. I don't care about any kind of sausage. But please avoid fish cake sausages for gimbap or lunch boxes.
STEP 4/9
You can see the caramelized onions are so sticky that they're out of breath, right?
STEP 5/9
Then add the sausage and mix.
STEP 6/9
Then, put curry powder on it.
STEP 7/9
Stir-fry for about five more minutes.
STEP 8/9
After turning off the heat, prepare the hot dog bun.
STEP 9/9
Add curry, onion and sausage, sauteed in a bun.
Onions must be cooked over medium heat for a long time. If you cook it on high heat, it's easy to burn, and if you cook it on high heat for short, the onion has less flavor. The other ones are simple, so you just have to be careful of course~
One tablespoon is equal to three rice spoons and one teaspoon is equal to one rice spoon.
