How to steam king crab :: It's not hard~
My mother-in-law sent me a king crab while traveling to Samcheok. If you have a steamer that fits your size, it's not hard to steam king crab^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
It was delivered by courier from Samcheok, but the king crab and the shell that are still alive were bigger than the palm of an adult male. But there's nothing to be afraid of.
STEP 2/6
Wear rubber gloves, grab the butt of the king crab and transfer it to the sink, and pour hot water into the king crab's mouth to pass out.
STEP 3/6
Before you wake up, rub the fainted king crab with a kitchen brush and give him a bath.
STEP 4/6
Wash both sides of the stomach and back.
STEP 5/6
Please prepare a steamer with a lid for king crab. Turn the king crab upside down on the steamer, put a spoonful of cooking wine in the steamer, close the lid, and boil over high heat for 15 minutes or low heat for 15 minutes. Boil for a total of 30 minutes, turn off the gas, and let it steam for 10 minutes. Don't open the lid!!!! That way, the skin is easily separated.
STEP 6/6
A well-boiled king crab. It's hot, so don't touch it right away. If you're done, open the lid and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
- If you don't faint with regular hot tap water, boil the water and pour it. Please note that if you stick chopsticks in your mouth, you will spit out salt water. - If you don't put it in the steamer so that your stomach looks up, all the delicious intestines will flow out, so make sure to put it in the steamer so that stomach facing up. - When you close the lid, close it with the right lid and do not open until you are done slowing down. - It's really delicious if you scratch the intestines from the crab shell and eat it with various vegetables and rice.
