Fried vegetables are crispy
I was thinking about making chives pancake or seafood pajeon, and I ran to my brother's call about fried vegetables... So I decided to make vegetable pancakes with only vegetables for my sons who don't usually eat vegetables. It's not a vegetable, it's a vegetable, but for some reason, it's a familiar vegetable fry!! Even carrots that children don't like are sweet when fried. So I added sweet potatoes and perilla leaves to add green color, but I added them because I liked the scent of perilla leaves.
