The Mini Cabbage (Brussels Sprouts)
It was cultivated in Brussels, Belgium, and passed down to Europe.
It looks cute and delicious. I simply stir-fried it with mini cabbage.

Ingredients
Cabbage
400g
cranberry

onion
1/2ea
crushed garlic
1/2TS
Vinegar

Salt

olive oil

Butter

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Take off the outer leaves,
Soak it in vinegar water, rinse it clean, and prepare it.
STEP 2/6
Add a little salt to the boiling water,
Blanch with the mini cabbage (Brussels Sprouts).
STEP 3/6
Blanch and remove and put in ice water.
STEP 4/6
Drain in a strainer.
STEP 5/6
Pour olive oil over a heated frying pan,
Stir-fry chopped onions and minced garlic.
STEP 6/6
When the onions are fried,
Add mini cabbage (Brussels Sprouts) and stir-fry them together
Add a little bit of dried cranberries and stir-fry it again, and it's done!!!!
[If you like butter, add a bit of butter]
Season to taste with salt and pepper
