Children's favorite steamed crab is prepared with 5 cut crabs, soybean paste, green onions, and steamer.

I told you how to prepare blue crabs after drinking soju last time, right?
Clean up the crabs with soju.

It's a cleanly trimmed crab.
STEP 4/15
Put 700cc of water (3 cups + 1/2 cups) in a pot and dissolve 1 spoonful of soybean paste..
* Doenjang may be seasoned differently from house to house, so don't make it too salty.

Cut the green onions into large pieces.

Put the green onion in the soybean paste soup and put the steamer on.
STEP 7/15
Put the blue crab on the steamer.
STEP 8/15
The shell of the crab goes down..Lift the stomach up, close the lid, and start steaming.
* It starts steaming over medium heat.
STEP 9/15
If the crab turns red when it starts steaming with the lid closed, steam it for another 5 minutes on low heat.
STEP 10/15
The crabs are all steamed.

Use tongs to place on a plate.

Put it on a plate..

Take off the crab scab.
* Don't throw away crab shells and keep them together.

Don't throw away the soybean paste soup in the pot
Add crab scabs and soak them for about an hour and make soup or soybean paste stew with that soup.
Please refer to the ingredients that are good for infertility..(It activates male sperm)
- Clean the crab.
- Don't mix too much soybean paste. (Taste and adjust.)
