Grilled octopus with long sauce

  • Soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Remove the internal organs, eyes, and mouth of the octopus from the head, rub it with flour, and wash it clean, and cut the legs one by one
Roll the legs of octopus one by one in disposable chopsticks

Put the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl to make the sauce

Put perilla oil and cooking oil half and half in a frying pan, put octopus in and bake it

It was much more chewy and seasoned than regular stir-fried octopus, so it was very delicious...
Stir-fry it slightly in oil and put the sauce on it, so it's more savory

There's no straw, so if you roll it on wooden chopsticks, it dries well and it's good to grill
