Ingredients: 30 cocktail shrimp, 4 breads, 1 egg white, cooking oil
Shrimp seasoning: 1/6 teaspoon salt, 1/6 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoon potato starch, 1 teaspoon olive oil

Prepare an egg and separate the whites.

Drain 30 cocktails using a kitchen towel.

Mash the shrimp into small pieces and chop them into small pieces.

Transfer the minced shrimp to a large bowl.

Add 2 spoons of potato starch, egg white, 1/6 teaspoon of salt, 1/6 teaspoon of pepper, and 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the chopped shrimp
If you don't have olive oil, you can replace it with cooking oil.

Mix the shrimp meat and the ingredients well and knead them.

Remove all the edges of the bread and cut them into quarters.

Place the shrimp on top of the bread so that the shrimp doesn't stick out.
