STEP 1/8
Put 1 cup of cooking oil and 1 cup of chopped green onion in a pan and stir-fry over low heat to make green onion oil.

When the chopped green onions are cooked until golden, add 3 cups of chopped onions and 2 cups of pork and stir-fry.

When the meat is cooked, add 1/3T of minced ginger.
STEP 4/8
Add 2/3 cup of sugar and stir-fry it like frying, and when the moisture evaporates, add 1/2 cup of soy sauce and 1/2 cup of oyster sauce along the edge of the pan when the oil slowly rises.

Finally, add chunjang and stir-fry until oil is formed on top.(approximately 10 minutes)
STEP 6/8
Boil the noodles and pour the remaining water.
STEP 7/8
Add 1T of red pepper paste to the noodles, dissolve it well, and boil it down by adding 2T of all-purpose chunjang.
STEP 8/8
If it's bland after tasting it, add a little more all-around chunjang.
