Hello, everyone The Chuseok holiday will start in two days now :) I think there are people who like it and people who don't like it Haha A subscriber asked for Chuseok food that he can eat alone I thought about it, and I made Korean kebab skewers that you can't leave out when it comes to holiday food I'm sure there are a lot of people who are spending it alone Let's not be lonely during Chuseok with Yammu Video. :) Sanjeok skewers can be a little complicated, such as beef and chives, but today, we're going to solve it in one go with a bundle of gimbap ingredients in our own version!! Prepare the ingredients.

Trim the bell peppers.

Cut the pickled radish into three pieces.

Cut the ham in the same way.

Cut the crab meat into three pieces and cut it in half.

Let's soak the sanjeok and take it out and grill it. It is also covered with flour and egg clothes, so it doesn't matter if you omit it. Bake from the bottom (inside of bell pepper).

Please cook the front part a little bit. The color isn't pretty if you bake it for a long time. It's better to have a solid back and a pretty color on the front.
# Tips for baking beautifully!!!! Bake from the back, make the egg thick and firm on the bottom, and turn it upside down when the bottom is firmly held and cook only slightly on the top # You can coat it with flour and egg wash, but it's okay if you skip it and it actually comes out cleaner! You might think that if you don't put flour on it, you won't get eggs, but as you can see in the video, it works fine :) #If you're going to put flour on it, just put it on the back #I used bell pepper, so you can add anything like paprika, chives, peppers, etc. :) # If you want to make the color pretty, it's good to put red and green together! Medium heat! When you grill the front, low heat! #Eggs are missing from the first ingredient introduction video I need two eggs, too #You can easily find the bundles of gimbap ingredients at the mart I bought it for 5,500 won, but it's about 10 lines of rice, so you can eat the leftover kimbap!
