Vietnamese-style dressing noodles
It is a recipe made with the motif of Bunbo xiao, a popular menu of Vietnamese rice noodles restaurants. Bunbosao is a food that mixes seasoned and stir-fried beef and rice noodles with a sauce called Nueok Jjam, and the spicy and refreshing taste keeps your appetite alive. Cooking Steps

Wash the green and red peppers and chop them finely.

Chop the beef into 0.5cm*0.5cm sizes and mix it with soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar (3g).

Put a little cooking oil in a frying pan and stir-fry 4 beef on high heat for 2 minutes and cool.

Cut the pineapple into 3cm*3cm thick and 0.5cm thick, and cook and cool it in a frying pan over medium heat without cooking oil.

Wash the lettuce, cut it into 2cm long, and soak it in cold water.

Put fish sauce, Vietnamese spring roll sauce, chili sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, sugar (10g), 3 and 5 in a mixing bowl and make sauce.

When the water boils in the pot, boil the noodles for 4 minutes and 30 seconds, rinse them in cold water, and drain them.

Put the noodles in a bowl, place the unsealed lettuce, pineapple, and onion pickles, pour the sauce, and sprinkle the powder.
Adjust the sour and spicy flavors according to your preference.
