Wash the ramie clams in salt water to remove them, remove the shells and intestines of the shrimp, and then cut them slightly toward the back.

Cut the squid into 5cm long and 1cm thick.

Wash onions and green onions and cut them into 5cm long and 1cm thick.

Wash the garlic, remove the top, and slice it into pieces.

Put cooking oil in a frying pan and stir-fry garlic over low heat until brown, then add onions and green onions and stir-fry over medium heat for 10 seconds.

Add clams, shrimp, and squid, stir-fry over high heat for 10 seconds, add red pepper powder, stir-fry over medium heat for 20 seconds, and stir-fry for 10 seconds with soy sauce.

When the water boils, transfer 6 to a pot, add black powder soup and noodles, and boil for 4 minutes.
STEP 8/8
Put it in a bowl and put the water parsley on top.
The point is to add red pepper powder and stir-fry it enough so that it doesn't burn. If you're going to burn, stir-fry it with a little bit of rice wine or water.
