STEP 1/8
I prepared 1 pumpkin, salted shrimp, green onion and red pepper that my younger brother brought
STEP 2/8
Round pumpkin has a lot of seeds, even if it's small You can just stir-fry it, but to make it more neat, I cut the pumpkin into quarters, removed the seeds, and cut it into 0.5cm thick pieces
STEP 3/8
I added 1/2 water of salt to the chopped pumpkin and let it soak If you stir-fry pumpkin with salt, it doesn't break, but it's soft and has a better texture Pickle it for about three minutes
STEP 4/8
While the pumpkin is being pickled, slice the green onion and red pepper While you're cutting it, you can see that the pumpkin is slightly pickled^^
STEP 5/8
While I was cutting vegetables, the pumpkin was pickled Drain the pickled pumpkin with a small amount of water
STEP 6/8
Put perilla oil or sesame oil spoon in a pan and stir-fry pumpkin and garlic. You don't need to add extra oil because it's pickled pumpkin If it's a pan that gets burnt, you can add oil and stir-fry it Add perilla oil and stir-fry lightly with garlic
STEP 7/8
I added 1/3 spoonful of salted shrimp and healed the pumpkin until it was fully cooked It's the same for stir-frying, so I just put it in well. Depending on the size of the salted shrimp, if you don't like it being chewed, it's good to squeeze it out and use it^^
STEP 8/8
If the pumpkin is cooked and stir-fried, add the sliced green onion, red pepper, and sesame salt and stir-fry it again lightly, and it's done
