Ingredients
  • pollack roe
  • Anchovy pack again
  • Radish
  • Young squash
  • Bean sprouts
  • leek
  • a crown daisy
  • Salt
  • red pepper paste
    1/2TS
  • Red pepper powder
    2TS
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1TS
  • crushed garlic
    1TS
  • ground pepper
  • ginger juice
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash pollack's eggs in salt water and prepare them
STEP 2/8
1/2 tablespoon red pepper paste, 2 tablespoon red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, add pepper powder, ginger juice, and mix well
Please make the sauce
STEP 3/8
Put the pack with anchovies and kelp in cold water and boil it to make anchovy broth
STEP 4/8
When the anchovy broth is ready, take out the pack again
Add a flat slice of radish and boil it
STEP 5/8
When the radish is half-cooked transparently
Add zucchini and pollack roe that are cut into bite-sized pieces

Add the sauce and color it

Add bean sprouts and green onions
If it's not enough, add salt

Lastly, if you turn off the light by raising the crown daisy

You can use water parsley instead of crown daisy You can season it with salt without using soy sauce^^
