Put the pancake powder in a bowl

Chop or shred carrots.

Chop walnuts and nuts

Beat in an egg.

Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Put milk, carrots, walnuts, butter, and eggs in a bowl of hotcake powder

Mix it well, but it doesn't matter if you don't mix it thoroughly.

Coat the inside of the pot with butter or oil

Add the dough flat.

Cook for 40 to 60 minutes with the electric rice cooker universal steaming function.

Remove the ripe cake from my pot and cool it down

Turn my cooker over and take out the cake.

After cooling it down, cut it.
1. Don't forget to put oil and butter on the inside of the rice cooker so that the cake will fall off well later.
2. The cooking time varies depending on the rice cooker.
In the case of our rice cooker, we can cook universal steamed rice for only 20 minutes, so we cooked it three times and cooked it for a total of 60 minutes.
It needs to be cooked for an average of 40 minutes, but if you poke it with chopsticks and leave the chopsticks clean without any dough on them, it's all cooked.
3. It's prettier if you turn the cake upside down one by one and set it up again, and if you grind the sugar in a mixer to make a sugar powder and sprinkle it on a tray, it tastes sweeter and looks better^^
