Making carrot cake with electric rice cooker
I made this cake on my son's 1000th day anniversary. I'm not good at baking, so I made it simple with an electric rice cooker, and it's pretty good^^

Ingredients
  • Hotcake powder
    400g
  • Milk
    200ml
  • Carrot
    1/2ea
  • Walnut
    1handful
  • Eggs
    1piece
  • Butter
    2spoon
  • Sugar
    2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Put the pancake powder in a bowl
STEP 2/13
Chop or shred carrots.
STEP 3/13
Chop walnuts and nuts
STEP 4/13
Beat in an egg.
STEP 5/13
Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.
STEP 6/13
Put milk, carrots, walnuts, butter, and eggs in a bowl of hotcake powder
STEP 7/13
Mix it well, but it doesn't matter if you don't mix it thoroughly.
STEP 8/13
Coat the inside of the pot with butter or oil
STEP 9/13
Add the dough flat.
STEP 10/13
Cook for 40 to 60 minutes with the electric rice cooker universal steaming function.
(Check additional cooking tips)
STEP 11/13
Remove the ripe cake from my pot and cool it down
STEP 12/13
Turn my cooker over and take out the cake.
STEP 13/13
After cooling it down, cut it.
1. Don't forget to put oil and butter on the inside of the rice cooker so that the cake will fall off well later. 2. The cooking time varies depending on the rice cooker. In the case of our rice cooker, we can cook universal steamed rice for only 20 minutes, so we cooked it three times and cooked it for a total of 60 minutes. It needs to be cooked for an average of 40 minutes, but if you poke it with chopsticks and leave the chopsticks clean without any dough on them, it's all cooked. 3. It's prettier if you turn the cake upside down one by one and set it up again, and if you grind the sugar in a mixer to make a sugar powder and sprinkle it on a tray, it tastes sweeter and looks better^^

I was able to make carrot bread that was simple and delicious I thought the hot cake powder would be a bit sweet, so I added some allulose and it became sweet carrot bread I think you can skip allulose or sugar from the wall

I made it with my 4-year-old son Hahaha It's my first cake ever made and it's really good!! If you mix it all together and taste the dough, it's not that sweet I was thinking about adding more sugar, but I didn't because I was thinking about my health It's delicious because it's not too sweet~~ I bought 500g of hotcake powder because I thought it would be too much About 100g? I poured it in a little bit I put in all the other ingredients, but it's delicious ^^ I like cinnamon, so I added a little bit I think I will make it often with my son
