Dried shiitake is soaked in water and shredded carrot paprika and long chives

saute mushrooms over high heat with 2 spents of olive oil

Add 1sp of soy sauce to season the mushrooms

Carrot, paprika, bell pepper, oyster sauce, and stir-fry it
STEP 5/6
Turn off the heat and add chives and sesame oil and mix quickly
STEP 6/6
Put it on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds
Sesame oil has a low ignition point, so if you stir-fry it for a long time, the scent will go away, so put it in at the end
