Making Grapefruit Cordial
Is the color different from the grapefruit ade sold on the market? I'm going to try making it' I was surprised.. The bottom line is that the products sold on the market contain some pigments... That's my personal opinion. It's... it's just.. That's what I think. I'm not saying that all products are like that... Also, there are products that use natural colors... I hope you don't mess with me...^^ For your information.. My cooking teacher told me that it might be much cheaper to buy grapefruit ade concentrate on the market, but... It's to make healthy food at home... I worked hard to make it.^^

  • Grapefruit

  • Sugar
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
The glass airtight container for storing grapefruit cordial was sterilized in boiling water and then placed on a cooling net to dry the water completely.
STEP 2/11
Grapefruit has a bitter taste in its skin, so it removed its skin and used only the pulp.
Cut off both ends with a knife..
STEP 3/11
I cut out the white skin of the grapefruit like an apple.
The white part of grapefruit has a strong bitter taste, so it's better not to put it in.
STEP 4/11
I just applied the grapefruit pulp well.
By the way, if you use a serrated fruit knife, you can peel it much easier.
STEP 5/11
I need to remove the skin in between, so I'll wear plastic gloves.. I scratched it.
It takes a lot of work, but.. It's easy to apply.
I squeezed the whole flesh and didn't throw away a drop of the juice.
STEP 6/11
I just took out the grapefruit kernel well.^^
STEP 7/11
I grind the pulp in a blender and use it.. I just used grapefruit because I think it's better to have some substance. Put sugar in the equivalent..
STEP 8/11
Boil it on high heat.. When it boils, boil it on low heat for 5 to 10 more minutes...
STEP 9/11
You can put it in a sterilized airtight container.
STEP 10/11
Making Grapefruit Ade: Carbonated water, ice, grapefruit cordial... In a cup, 5 tablespoons of grapefruit cordial, an appropriate amount of ice and sparkling water... Stir it to suit your taste
STEP 11/11
I've been drinking it since 2 days after I made it.. After about seven days.. It's ripened well and it's delicious.
Of course, after making it.. Even if you eat it from the next day, it tastes good..
Grapefruit's unique taste seems to take some time.^^
