The oven is preheated at 150 degrees Celsius
Attach parchment paper to cake pan (diameter 23 cm
- Since there is a lot of dough, parchment paper should be stuck up
(Wet it with water and glue it completely)

Mix vegetable oil, butter, chocolate, instant coffee, sugar, milk, hot water, and salt and completely dissolve in a medium bath

Making ganache
-Mix chocolate and whipped cream 1:1
-When frosting the sheet, the thickness of application varies from person to person, so there may be less or less ganache left.

Cut the sheet in half, apply ganache in the middle, lay it on top, and apply ganache all over
-Sharp shapes can be made from the back of the rice spoon.
- Soybean oil, canola oil, grape seed oil, etc. are good for vegetable oils, but please avoid olive oil.
- When baking sheets, bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 2 hours.
-When cake is stored in the refrigerator, the sheet and ganache harden. It's delicious even when it's cold, but if you want it to be soft, leave it at room temperature.
