Making Matilda Chocolate Cake _ Mud Cake
Do you know the movie Matilda. It's a 1996 film directed by Danny DeVito, and once you see it, it's a lot of fun that you can't stop. The most impactful scene in this movie is when a friend from the same school eats a huge cake of chocolate rather than the main character, Matilda! It's the best scene in 20th century film history. I want to recreate this recipe I found on YouTube.

Cut the sheet in half, apply ganache in the middle, lay it on top, and apply ganache all over
-Sharp shapes can be made from the back of the rice spoon.
