Add 1T of red pepper powder, 1T of fish sauce, 0.5T of oligosaccharide, and sesame seeds and mix gently. Lastly, add 0.5T of sesame oil and mix it a little more, and it's done.
After mixing it, the chives die out and taste bad, so it's better to season them as much as you want to eat at once.
