STEP 1/15
First, pour 1 liter of water into the steamer and bring to a boil. I'm going to trim the snow crab while the water boils.
STEP 2/15
It's a decent snow crab (1kg) brought at an unbelievable price from the mart. :)
STEP 3/15
Scrub the snow crab gently with a brush to wash away dirty foreign substances.
STEP 4/15
One important part of preparing snow crabs! You have to drain the sea water from the snow crab. As you can see in the picture, usually open your mouth and put chopsticks at that point.
STEP 5/15
I'll stick the chopsticks in like this
STEP 6/15
Turn upside down to drain the remaining seawater and impurities. If you press down on your stomach just enough not to spill marinated crab, it will fall out more easily.
STEP 7/15
Snow crab is ready! By this time, the water in the steamer should be boiling.
STEP 8/15
Now it's time to steam the crab in the steamer, and as you can see in the picture, turn it upside down so that you can see the belly. You have to turn it upside down so that you can steam it deliciously without spilling out the rich soup and intestines!
STEP 9/15
Add snow crab, cover and steam in steamer for 17 minutes. It's better if you put a heavy pot on it so that the lid doesn't open.
STEP 10/15
Remove from heat the steamed snow crab in the steamer for 17 minutes and let it steam for 10 minutes with residual heat. You have to put in moxibustion to make your skin firm :)
STEP 11/15
Delicious steamed snow crab is done!
STEP 12/15
Cut the steamed snow crab with scissors to make it easy to eat.
STEP 13/15
Hold the crab's butt and split it in half. It's full of eggs!
STEP 14/15
After clearing the snow crab, stir-fry rice in the savory marinated crab, it's an art!!
STEP 15/15
Put the trimmed snow crab on a plate and enjoy it.
If the snow crab is alive, you must steam it after you die. I'm already a dead crab, so I steamed it right after I cut it!
You have to remove the impurities from the snow crab and steam it so that it is not salty and delicious.
When you steam a crab, turn it upside down!
You have to inhale it carefully to taste the chewy snow crab.
If you put too much water in the steam pot, it will overflow and get water on the snow crab. It doesn't taste good when it's wet
