STEP 1/3
Banana custard cream
1. Mash the bananas and mix in the eggs, sugar, starch and milk
2. Boil over low heat, stirring until the texture of the mild custard cream is reached.
3. Cover the finished 2 with plastic wrap and cool it down.
STEP 2/3
Cake sheet
1. Add sugar and honey to the egg and whip it hard until it is whitened.
2. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder and mix them gently.
3. Add milk and oil and mix.
4. The finished dough is panned and baked in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
STEP 3/3
To complete
1. Cut the baked sheet into the right size.
2. Lay the wrap, put the sheet on the wrap, and squeeze the banana cream.
3. Roll it as if you're rolling kimbap. You have to wrap the remaining parts on both sides to make a pretty shape.
4. Done! Before you eat, unpack and eat.
