Making fried rice flavored with oyster sauce and lilies
I made fried rice that I enjoy because it tastes good and it's simple to make. Just water kimchi and clear egg soup is enough for a delicious meal! Today, I added white hams and enjoyed it with a different flavor^^ This is fried rice that is made by cooking rice with the white rice of freshly polished and sticky soil! Fried rice is something that you can enjoy in a slightly different taste depending on the ingredients, right? It has a light taste and tasted the flavor of chewy clam meat. It was a lily that was mainly used for steamed, grilled, or porridge, but when I made it with fried rice, it tasted good~~

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
After washing the white rice and millet, leave it for about 10 minutes, put the washed rice in an electric pressure rice cooker, pour 3 cups of water, and cook rice!
STEP 2/6
Prepare about 20 lilies, wash them clean and prepare them because they are lilies that do not require a separate sea!
STEP 3/6
Prepare 1 onion, 1/2 paprika, 2 eggplant peppers and 1/2 zucchini by chopping them into appropriate thickness.
STEP 4/6
Add an appropriate amount of salt-free butter, 1 tablespoon grape seed oil, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, and chopped onion and stir-fry until it smells good!
STEP 5/6
When the mouth of the lily opens one by one, add ingredients other than zucchini and stir-fry it so that there is no soup left, and season it with pepper powder and salt
STEP 6/6
Put a little butter and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in another pack and stir-fry the cooled rice, season it with 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, stir-fry the rice enough, and stir-fry it lightly with zucchini.
*You have to stir-fry it over high heat to open the mouth of the lily and prevent soup from forming.* From the soil, http://www.rice.co.kr
