Cut the avocado vertically, twist it into half, remove the seeds, and then scoop out the insides with a spoon. Grind carrots on a grater, and cut celery and red onions with fiber removed into square shapes.

Among the dressing ingredients, mix the balsamic vinauger, lime juice, mayonnaise and olive oil evenly, then add lemon juice, salt and pepper at the end.
