STEP 1/10
Please prepare the ingredients. Strawberries were filled with soup bowls and used about a bowl.
STEP 2/10
Wash strawberries in cold water. Don't wash for too long.
STEP 3/10
Drain the washed strawberries.
STEP 4/10
Cut the strawberries by standing them up so that they are not too thin.
STEP 5/10
Place the sliced strawberries in a glass bottle. Strawberry-sugar-strawberry-sugar... Turn it on and put it in order.
STEP 6/10
Add the strawberries and add 1 to 2 spoons of sugar. The ratio of strawberries to sugar is 1:1.
STEP 7/10
It's stacked up.
STEP 8/10
When full to the mouth, add 3 to 4 spoons of sugar.
STEP 9/10
Cover and store at room temperature for one day.
STEP 10/10
It looks like it's been about two hours later. It creates a lot of space :)
If the strawberries are hard, you can mix all the cut strawberries and sugar in one place, and then put them in a glass bottle one by one, but the strawberries I used are a little soft, so I put them on. If the sugar in the strawberry syrup for one day at room temperature is not completely dissolved, stir and dissolve. You can keep it refrigerated afterwards.
