Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
I think red beans are the most important thing for shaved ice. It's sweet potato whole red bean, and there are domestic sweet potatoes in here and there, so it's fun to choose and eat them.

Ingredients are round ice, red beans for shaved ice, mini jelly, mini glutinous rice cake, condensed milk, misugaru, and milk.

Put a lot of sweet potato red beans on top. It's 3 tablespoons. There are sweet potatoes mixed with whole red beans

Add 1 tablespoon of grain powder. If you like it, you can post more. It's mixed grain powder with various grains, so the color is a little bluish.

Add 1 tablespoon of jelly for shaved ice.

I also put about five mini sticky rice cakes for shaved ice

I think it's the style that most people like. There's nothing more to ask for for a bowl of cool shaved ice in the early heat. It's very soft because it's snowflake shaved ice.
