It's sad if butter is missing from butter squid. In a heated frying pan, put butter (about two fingers of index finger and middle finger), soy sauce 2, salt 5/1, sugar 2, and oligosaccharide, and when bubbles occur, put squid to make them dance. No one knows how long I was holding the squid with both hands to prevent it from twisting as it cooks. Add or subtract the sauce to your liking.

I'm going to be a fat butter squid again from a skinny squid. I gained a lot of weight to the point where it was made of semi-dried squid. I added plenty of butter, and it's definitely so good that you can call it a grilled butter squid.
