Stir-fried rice cake with garlic carbonara
Children who can't eat spicy tteokbokki, adults who are slightly fed up with red tteokbokki. With Baekseol Garlic Cream Pasta sauce, you can easily make new tteokbokki that will satisfy all of their tastes. Star chef Rayman Kim also chose this sauce to make soft and light cream tteokbokki.

  • Cream pasta sauce
    1/2 bottle
  • Tteokbokki and rice cake
    200 g
  • onion
    1/2 ea
  • Garlic
    2 ea
  • Paprika
    1/2 ea
  • Bacon
    2 piece
  • Broccoli
    little
  • Cooking oil
    little
  • ground pepper
    little
  • parsley

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Slice garlic into pieces, and cut onions and paprika into 2cm squares.
STEP 2/7
Remove small mushrooms from broccoli, blanch slightly in boiling water, and rinse in cold water.

Blanch the rice cake in boiling water and rinse it in cold water.

Cut bacon into 3cm wide pieces.

Grease a heated pan and stir-fry garlic, then add onions and bacon and stir-fry bacon.

Add rice cake and garlic cream pasta sauce to 5 and boil it for about a minute.

When the sauce is cut on the rice cake, add paprika and broccoli, mix lightly, and sprinkle with pepper and parsley powder
