Spicy Kimchi Stew
It is a kimchi hot pot made by boiling kimchi mung bean chadolbakjeon. Instead of pork, beef brisket was added to enhance the rich taste, and mung bean pancake added to the savory taste. If you boil mung bean pancake for too long, the pancake will dissolve and the soup will become murky, so let's boil it slightly and serve it neatly.
